Following China's entry into WTO and the establishment of the Closer Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between the Mainland and Hong Kong, its local manufacturing industry is once again flourishing. Yet, competition among manufacturers has become keener than ever as profit margin declined rapidly over the past few years. They start to realize a well-structured supply chain is a critical success factor for profit.
